Installation Method:
(Adjust the tension between the positioning rod and the main rod beforehand to prevent play or overtightening. Check the tightness before each use to ensure measurement accuracy.)
① Screw the threaded end of the positioning rod into the hole in the derailleur hanger.
② Using the positioning rod as the axis, rotate the main rod to position A. Adjust the sliding sleeve and measuring ruler so that their tips touch the rim, then note the value.
③ Rotate the main stem 180° to position B, readjust the sleeve and ruler to touch the rim, then note the value and compare it to that of position A.
🔹Case 1: If B is more than 3 mm greater than A → bend the derailleur hanger towards the rim.
🔹Case 2: If B is more than 3 mm less than A → bend the derailleur hanger away from the rim.
(Gap ≤ 3 mm? No adjustment necessary.)
④ Similarly, use position A as a reference to inspect and correct positions C and D.
