Derry Bold - Anthracite Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Straight 8mm

Thermostatic control with a coordinated valve set

The Derry Bold Anthracite thermostatic radiator valve and matching lockshield give you room-by-room control over an individual radiator while keeping the installation visually coordinated. Its straight 8mm fitting and liquid sensor combine practical connection design with automatic thermostatic response as the room temperature changes.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Manage radiator warmth around how the room is used: The thermostatic head responds to room temperature and regulates hot-water flow through that radiator as the selected comfort level is reached.
• Avoid heating a room more than you need: Automatic flow reduction helps avoid continuing to heat an individual room at full radiator output after it has reached the chosen comfort level.
• Reduce the risk of freezing in colder conditions: A frost-protection setting helps reduce freezing risk by allowing some hot-water flow when the room temperature drops to a very low level.
• Get the thermostatic valve and matching lockshield together: Both the thermostatic side and matching lockshield are included, simplifying the parts you need to source for the radiator.
• Make the connection work with your installation layout: The straight format is suited to aligned pipework and radiator connections, avoiding an unnecessary change in direction.
• Move beyond simple on-or-off radiator control: The multi-temperature head lets you select different heating levels to suit how much warmth the room needs.
• Use a sensor that reacts as the room warms and cools: The liquid sensing element changes with room temperature and drives the valve's automatic thermostatic response.
• Make the valve set part of the radiator's overall look: A cleaner modern form helps the valve set feel coordinated with contemporary radiator designs. The Anthracite colour with a matt finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Choose a valve set backed beyond installation: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
