Derry Bold - Black Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Straight 10mm

Room-by-room comfort with thermostatic radiator control

Give this radiator its own level of thermostatic control with the Derry Bold Black TRV and lockshield set. The straight 10mm connection is designed for the appropriate pipe route, while the liquid sensor works with the valve to reduce hot-water flow when the room no longer needs as much heat.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Manage radiator warmth around how the room is used: Instead of leaving the radiator fully open, the TRV adjusts the flow of hot water as the surrounding room temperature changes.
• Reduce unnecessary radiator heating: Once the room needs less heat, the TRV can reduce flow through that radiator, helping make more efficient use of the hot water being circulated.
• Add protection during very cold weather: When surrounding temperatures become very low, frost-protection behaviour can permit limited flow to help protect the radiator and connected pipework.
• Get the complete valve pair in one purchase: Both the thermostatic side and matching lockshield are included, simplifying the parts you need to source for the radiator.
• Match the fitting to the direction of your pipework: Straight valves suit side-entry radiator layouts where the pipework runs along the wall to meet the radiator.
• Tailor radiator output to the room's needs: Multi-temperature adjustment lets the radiator be set to a more appropriate comfort level for the room.
• Benefit from automatic response to changing room temperature: Room-temperature changes are detected by the liquid sensor, allowing the valve to regulate flow automatically.
• Choose a finish that complements the installation: Its modern profile gives the radiator connection a neater, more streamlined finishing detail. The Black colour with a matt finish gives the visible valve set a considered decorative appearance.
• Choose with added confidence beyond installation: The 3 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product intended to remain part of the heating installation for years to come.
