Derry Bold - Chrome Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Installation Kit Straight 15mm (130mm version)

Room-by-room comfort with thermostatic radiator control

Bring more control to one radiator with this Derry Bold thermostatic valve set in polished & un-lacquered Chrome. Supplied with a matching lockshield, the straight valve uses a liquid sensor and multi-temperature control to regulate hot-water flow as the room warms and cools.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Fine-tune warmth one radiator at a time: Thermostatic control lets this radiator react to the temperature of its own room rather than relying only on the main heating controls.
• Cut back on wasted heat once the room is comfortable: Automatic flow reduction helps avoid continuing to heat an individual room at full radiator output after it has reached the chosen comfort level.
• Give the heating system extra protection from freezing conditions: Its frost-protection function can allow some flow at very low temperatures, helping reduce the risk of water freezing in the radiator and nearby pipework.
• Avoid sourcing a matching lockshield separately: The set includes the TRV and matching lockshield together, giving you both radiator valves in one coordinated purchase.
• Make the connection work with your installation layout: For side-entry radiators fed by pipework running along the wall, a straight valve provides a direct connection.
• Set the radiator to a more suitable comfort level: The multi-temperature head lets you select different heating levels to suit how much warmth the room needs.
• Get automatic temperature-responsive control: Room-temperature changes are detected by the liquid sensor, allowing the valve to regulate flow automatically.
• Complete the radiator with a coordinated visible fitting: Its modern profile gives the radiator connection a neater, more streamlined finishing detail. The polished & un-lacquered Chrome finish helps coordinate the valves with the radiator and nearby fittings.
• Buy with longer-term reassurance: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
