Derry Bold - Chrome Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Straight 8mm

Control radiator warmth with greater precision

This modern Derry Bold TRV set pairs a thermostatic radiator valve with a matching lockshield, helping you manage the warmth of an individual room without relying only on the main heating controls. The straight body connects to 8mm pipework, while the liquid sensor responds automatically to changes in room temperature.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Fine-tune warmth one radiator at a time: The valve automatically alters hot-water flow through the individual radiator in response to the room temperature and selected setting.
• Make more efficient use of your central heating: Automatic flow reduction helps avoid continuing to heat an individual room at full radiator output after it has reached the chosen comfort level.
• Add protection during very cold weather: A frost-protection setting helps reduce freezing risk by allowing some hot-water flow when the room temperature drops to a very low level.
• Simplify the purchase with both valves supplied: Supplying a matching lockshield alongside the TRV means both visible valve positions can be completed as one coordinated set.
• Plan the radiator connection with the right valve shape: Where pipework travels horizontally along the wall into a side radiator connection, the straight body keeps the route direct.
• Set the radiator to a more suitable comfort level: Multi-temperature adjustment lets the radiator be set to a more appropriate comfort level for the room.
• Benefit from automatic response to changing room temperature: A liquid-filled sensor reacts as the room warms and cools, helping the valve adjust without constant manual intervention.
• Complete the radiator with a coordinated visible fitting: Its modern profile gives the radiator connection a neater, more streamlined finishing detail. Its polished & un-lacquered Chrome surface lets the valves become part of the radiator's overall finish rather than an afterthought.
• Choose a valve set backed beyond installation: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
