Very beautiful chandelier Very well packaged But luster unusable because no assembly manual and fragile ball Unable to contact customer service for a notice so chandelier still in the box after 10 days of delivery Disappointing

beautiful product, however very complicated to assemble, difficult to hang the balls, we therefore broke three of them. Damage !!
