Customer reviews
After a careful research I decided to buy this screwdriver, also for the history and after-sales service of the DeWalt brand. The seller was very serious indeed and the package arrived 24 hours after purchase. It is sold with its carrying case, a 5.0 Ah battery and an additional side handle, which proves necessary to handle the power of this drill. What can I say, it is a MONSTER of power and torque. Nothing like a Black and Decker or green Bosch hobbyist type drill. The 13 nn chuck is made from a single piece of metal, with ratchet closure, so it will not accidentally open during drilling, especially if with percussion. The torque selector allows you to choose the most appropriate value for the work you want to do. At minimum torque (position 1 on the ring) the electronics decrease the number of engine revolutions so as to allow optimal management. Vice versa at maximum torque and in first "gear", this is really a lot, to the point of having broken the hexagonal shank of a 10 mm socket. It is also excellent in drilling concrete, as long as you use good quality and non-Chinese drills taken at Brico in a pack of 20 drills. The service led is very, very useful and it is possible to keep it on for 20 minutes in order to use the drill as a torch. The size and weight do not make it very comfortable to use in tight spaces or if you are on a ladder. Finally, a reflection, if you think that it is a lot of money for a drill you should know that in eight years I have wasted more money on two B&D drills that have melted during operations that are anything but demanding.
