The DCE350 is a cordless heat gun which is powered by a DeWalt 18v (or 54v Flexvolt) XR power tool battery, meaning that users can undertake applications such as paint stripping, loosening nuts & bolts, unthawing frozen pipes, bending PVC, shrinkwrapping and removing labels or stickers without needing to be connected to mains power.

Suitable for delivering hot air at a temperature of either 290°C or 530°C at a rate of 109-190 l/min, the DCE350 has an adjustable temperature slider switch for selecting high or low settings and is supplied with a choice of two nozzles. The trigger can be locked on to enable hands-free use and improve comfort during sustained usage, but it also has a lock-off safety switch which prevents the trigger from being activated accidentally during transport or storage. Additional benefits include a base-mounted LED worklight, side facing air vents. and an extremely compact, lightweight form factor at just 0.5kg excluding battery.
