The XR 18V motor generates up to 690 bar maximum pressure, enabling the unit to force grease through blocked fittings, hardened lubrication channels and high-resistance bearing assemblies commonly found on agricultural, construction and industrial machinery. The integrated 2-speed transmission allows the operator to select between controlled pressure delivery and high-flow lubrication output up to 255 ml/min for faster servicing operations. The tool accepts standard 400 g grease cartridges and supports bulk-fill operation up to 450 g capacity. A 1.2 metre reinforced flexible hose improves access to recessed grease nipples located on articulated machinery, driveline systems and suspension assemblies. The integrated purge valve removes trapped air from the pump system to maintain uninterrupted grease flow, while the onboard LED work light improves visibility during underbody servicing and maintenance in confined or low-light environments.
