General description

The DEWALT DCS571 XR Brushless Compact Circular Saw is designed for extended run time, reliability, and durability. It features a cast gearbox for repetitive, accurate cuts and an intelligent trigger for total control over all applications. The saw is equipped with an ergonomic handle set with rubber overmould for optimal user comfort and includes a spindle lock for quick and easy blade changes. This bare unit does not include a battery or charger.

Usage

The DEWALT DCS571 is ideal for various applications including trimming roof battens, fitting sheet flooring, and sizing stud timber and OSB/plywood panels. The brushless motor provides optimum efficiency, allowing for up to 94 linear metres of 12mm plywood to be cut per 5.0Ah battery charge. The tool-free depth lever and bevel lever enable quick and easy adjustments.

Simple and effective. There are more powerful, more ergonomic, more scalable (compatible with rail for example). But in this price range I am fully satisfied (4 years of use)
