GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This compact circular saw features an ergonomic design with a rubber grip for improved comfort. It is equipped with a 24-tooth TCT tipped 115 mm diameter blade for efficient cutting. The saw includes a keyless bevel angle and depth adjustment, a lock-off switch, and an electronic motor brake for enhanced safety and control. It also has a spindle lock for quick blade changes, a hang hook for convenience, and an on-board dust port for dust management.

This is a great addition to my 18v DeWalt tool ecosystem. It replaces an old 240v 150mm disk saw which had broken. The size of the DSC571 is perfect for what I use disk saws for i,e mainly 3/4 - 18mm ply and MDF. The dust collection works really well connected to a domestic wet and dry vac. The supplied blades cut very clean with no chipping on kitchen carcass type coatings. Depth adjustments work well and hold fast when set. The only criticism is the off set guild seems to me made from a soft alloy and the grub screw used to lock it in place is steel and chews up the alloy quite badly and quickly. Other than that no complaints
