What's to say really, the battery is sent half charged, so just need a quick recharge, less than 1 hour to fully charged. Seem to be a very good quality you would expect from a genuine DeWalt battery. Very pleased with the ordering process, delivery slower than other tools and general items. I have 15 tools that I use my 12 4ah in. I also have a couple of 5ah and two 2ah for the DeWalt Radio.
