Description

100% brand new and high quality. Features: Made of high-quality material, sturdy, durable, and featuring a wide range of performance, this device will serve you well for a long time. It automatically regulates the water flow from the tank and the actual water level of the pool to prevent overflows or significant damage to the pump. With overflow and overflow protection, this regulator protects the pump from overheating. It monitors both the upper and lower tank simultaneously. Mounting with a guide allows for installation in a distribution box for quality assurance. Comes with 3 probes that can be easily adjusted as needed to perform water level control. Ideal for printing and inking projects in the well water, chemical, beverage, wine, sugar, and other industries. 1 automatic water level regulator only; other accessories shown are not included. Specifications: Model: DF-96ED Material: Flame retardant Dimensions: approx. English: 88 x 49 x 67 mm / 3.46 x 1.93 x 2.64 in Operating voltage: 220 V Current: 30 A Power: 2 W Color: As shown Quantity: 1 set Instructions: 1. Installing the single controller for the upper pool (water tank): A (red wire) is the highest water level in the upper pool. Once the water level reaches point A, the probe connects to the water and the controller automatically turns off the pump. B (blue wire) is the lowest water level in the upper pool. When the water level drops below point B, the probe disconnects from the water and the controller automatically turns on the pump to supply water. C (black wire) is the ground wire, which is laid at the lowest point of the pool, but not on the ground. It is recommended to lay the ground wire in a metal water tank below point B. (The probe must maintain a certain distance from the tank wall.) D (green wire) and E (yellow wire) are connected to C (black wire). 2. Single-flush control installation: E (yellow wire) indicates the maximum water level in the empty tank. Once the water level reaches point E, the probe connects to the water and the controller automatically turns off the pump to drain the water. D (green wire) indicates the minimum water level in the empty tank. When the water level drops below point D, the probe disconnects from the water and the controller automatically restarts the pump to stop draining. C (black wire) is the ground wire, which is placed at the lowest point of the tank but not at the bottom. It is recommended to lay the ground wire below point D in a metal tank. (The probe must maintain a certain distance from the tank wall.) A (red wire) and B (blue wire) are not connected. 3. Installation without water protection: C and D indicate the minimum water level in the tank. As soon as the water level reaches its lowest point, C and D disconnect from the water and the controller automatically turns off the pump. E (yellow wire) and C (black wire) are shorted. A (red wire) and B (blue wire) are not connected. 4. Joint control for upper and lower tanks. A (red wire) marks the maximum water level in the upper tank. As soon as the water level reaches point A, the probe connects to the water and the controller automatically turns off the pump. B (blue wire) marks the minimum water level in the upper tank. When the water level drops below point B, the probe disconnects from the water and the controller automatically turns on the pump to supply water. C (black wire) is the ground wire for the upper and lower tanks. It is located in the deepest part of the tank, but not at the bottom. It is recommended to place the ground wire under point BD in a metal water tank. (The probe must be kept away from the tank wall.) D (green wire) marks the minimum water level in the tank. As soon as the water level reaches point D, the probe disconnects from the water and the controller automatically turns on the pump to stop pumping water. Point E (yellow wire) marks the maximum water level in the tank. Once the water level reaches point E, the probe reconnects to the water and the controller automatically turns off the pump to drain the water. Note: No retail package. Please allow 0-1cm deviation due to manual measurement. Please understand before bidding. Due to different monitor settings, the color of the item in the photo may differ from the actual item.
