General Description

This versatile digital oscilloscope with an integrated signal generator is ideal for electronic test and measurement applications. It offers two oscilloscope channels with a 100 MHz bandwidth and a maximum sampling rate of 1 GS/s for accurate capture of fast electrical signals.   Featuring a 20MB memory depth, it allows for the storage of long signal sequences. The integrated signal generator provides a wide range of waveforms, including sine (0.1 Hz ~ 25 MHz), square (0.1 Hz ~ 5 MHz), ramp (0.1 Hz ~ 5 MHz), and arbitrary waveforms (over 160 types such as sinc, exponential step, etc.) over a range of 0.1 Hz ~ 5 MHz, with a vertical resolution of 14 bits.   The oscilloscope supports 30 types of automatic signal measurements, such as period, frequency, RMS value, etc. It also incorporates FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis for frequency analysis of signals, helping to detect harmonic components, noise, and vibrations.   Its 7-inch (800×480) TFT LCD screen provides clear visualization of signals and screen information. It features USB Host and Device communication interfaces for connectivity with a PC, supporting SCPI and LabVIEW for easy integration into automated test environments. The built-in frequency counter allows for accurate measurement of signal frequencies.

Usage

  1. Installation: Connect the probe to one of the oscilloscope's input channels. If necessary, use the probe fitting to adjust the probe.
  2. Power Supply: Connect the power cord to a suitable voltage source.
  3. Oscilloscope Setup:
    • Set the input coupling (DC, AC, Ground) according to the signal to be measured.
    • Adjust the horizontal and vertical scales for a clear view of the signal.
    • Select the trigger type (edge, video) and adjust the trigger level.
  4. Using the Signal Generator:
    • Select the desired waveform (sine, square, ramp, arbitrary).
    • Adjust the frequency, amplitude, and continuous offset of the generated signal.
    • Connect the signal generator output to the circuit under test.
  5. Measurements and Analysis: Use the automatic measurement functions and FFT analysis to analyze the signals. Use the USB interface to transfer data to a PC or control the oscilloscope via software.
