General description

Our Dishwasher Side Mount Kit is designed for compatibility with a wide range of Frigidaire and Electrolux models. Made from high-quality galvanized steel, these brackets are strong, sturdy, and built to last. This value-for-money pack includes 2 brackets and 4 screws, making it an excellent choice for securing your dishwasher to granite, marble, quartz, and other stone countertops that require side mounting brackets.

Installation

Turn off the dishwasher at the electrical panel and the water supply.

Remove the dishwasher from its location.

Remove the top screw from the side of the dishwasher.

Align the last bracket hole with the screw hole and reinsert the screw or use a new screw provided.

Place the dishwasher back into position with the door open.

Determine which mounting hole to use, preferably the farthest hole from the cabinet.

If using the second hole, hold the bracket and break off the front tab with pliers.

Pre-drill screw holes to prevent wood splitting and screw the brackets into place using the provided screws.

If necessary, drill a 9.5mm hole in each side of the plastic bath for additional support.

Clean both holes and replace the brackets before securing the dishwasher back in place.

Check for leaks and apply rubber cement to the plastic plugs if needed.
