The Dormer P813 solid carbide rotary burr in bright finish features a pointed tree (ball nose) geometry for skip-flute grinding and increased strength at the centre. Its design reduces swarf congestion and improves cutting action closer to the centre, producing double cuts suited to general machining. The tool gives easier control, higher metal removal rate and breaks swarf into manageable pieces. It has a toughened, hardened steel shank to prevent bending and reduce vibration, and is ground to h6 (carbide) and h7 (steel) tolerances for a precise fit.
