Installation

Begin by washing the cookware with warm water and a soft-bristled brush, then place it on a heat source to dry thoroughly.

Prepare a piece of fatty pork skin (or cooking oil) and rub it repeatedly inside the pan several times.

After seasoning, let the oil remain in the pan for 5-10 hours to ensure the pan fully absorbs it.

Usage

New cookware lacks an oil layer, so be sure to dry it over low heat after each use initially!

Lightly coat it with a thin layer of cooking oil after use to prevent rusting.

When cleaning, use a soft brush with warm water; avoid steel wool or detergent.

If rust appears, clean it with a scouring pad and repeat the seasoning process.

The uncoated cast iron pot is suitable for use with all types of spatulas.
