FATMOOSE play equipment is available in many different designs. For maximum stability, we rely on pressure-treated pine and spruce wood. As wood is a natural material, we recommend pre-drilling some wooden elements to ensure an optimal fit.

Delivery
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom (UK mainland only). Delivery to islands is excluded.

Freight delivery
Due to its size, this item is delivered by freight carrier to the kerbside. The carrier will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date. The stated delivery date may vary by approximately 4 working days.

Your entire order will be dispatched together wherever possible; however, in individual cases delivery may take place on different days.

How will my order be delivered?
Smaller parcels are delivered via DHL, GLS, DPD or UPS. Freight deliveries are usually unloaded using a pallet truck. In exceptional cases, manual unloading may be required – assistance may be requested.
