- This HI-TORQ® metric double ratchet ring spanner is designed for efficient and secure fastening. It features a forged chrome vanadium steel construction that is hardened, tempered, fully polished, and mirror chrome plated for corrosion resistance. The spanner has two ring ends with a 90-tooth ratchet mechanism, allowing for smooth operation with only a 4° swing arc, making it suitable for tight spaces. The 12-point HI-TORQ® design provides maximum leverage by transferring torque directly to the fastener flats, reducing the risk of slipping or damage.
