Description

General description

This high-quality VDE insulated diagonal side cutter is designed for professional use in live line work. It features a durable construction with chrome vanadium steel, oil hardened and tempered for strength and longevity. The cutter head is smoothly ground with induction-hardened cutting edges capable of cutting piano wire, hard, and soft wires. The tool is tested to withstand voltages up to 10,000V and insulated for safety up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. It has a forged pivot for extra leverage and heavy insulated handles with slip guards for comfort and safety.
