Dryzone Hi-Lime Finishing Skim Plaster 20kg

Dryzone Hi-Lime Finishing Plaster is a breathable lime-based finishing coat designed for heritage and renovation work following rising damp treatment. It forms part of the Dryzone System and is applied as the final coat after backing plasters such as Dryzone Renovation Plaster. Formulated from natural hydraulic lime and calcium carbonate, this plaster offers a vapour-permeable, salt-resistant finish that allows damp walls to dry out naturally. Its porous structure supports long-term breathability while providing a smooth white finish that can be left bare or decorated with breathable paint. It is suitable for both internal and external applications, including flood-resilient refurbishment. Applied at a thickness of 1 mm, one 20 kg bag covers up to 14 m2. The plaster mixes easily to a creamy, lump-free consistency using 5.5 to 6 litres of water and should be used within 60 minutes. It is best applied 14 days after backing plaster, though earlier application is possible with appropriate moisture control.
