Published on 09/08/2023, United KingdomThe shower mixer was installed to replace another make of similar design which had broken. On first sight the product seemed very good. However the performance is very poor. The shower will not flow until the mixer control is set on cold. once running the temperature can be set to the desired temperature. When the shower is turned off it once again has to be set to cold to operate again. This means it is not possible to create a personal setting as the shower have to be adjusted on each use. Furthermore the flow is restricted and not as strong as the previous control. I will be requesting a replacement.
