General description

Dulux Simply Refresh One Coat Matt Emulsion Paint is specially formulated to provide a perfect finish in just one coat. Its extra thick formulation allows you to refresh your home quickly and with less paint compared to traditional two-coat applications. However, when used over dark colors, an additional coat may be necessary to achieve the desired finish.

Installation

Apply a thick, even coat using a brush for edging, followed by a medium pile roller for larger surfaces.

Load the roller evenly and generously, ensuring that paint is not spread over more than 0.5m² per roller load to achieve the One Coat application.

If areas are missed, touch up with paint from the same can instead of overcoating the entire area, as it will dry to match the original coat.

Leave a minimum of 4 hours before touch-up.

Improper application may necessitate a second coat, especially with strong color changes.

Usage

Prepare surfaces by removing loose or flaking material.

Ensure the surface is clean (free from dirt or grease) and dry.

For new, bare, and absorbent surfaces, seal with Dulux Sealer for Plaster.

Repair damaged walls using the appropriate Polycell product.

Other information

To clean brushes or rollers, remove excess paint with a cloth and wash with water.

Store paint in dry conditions and protect from extreme temperatures.
