The Eldom Favourite WHF05039FR is a horizontal electric storage water heater with a capacity of 50 litres, designed for installations where vertical wall space is limited. The controls are conveniently positioned on the right-hand side, making it ideal for areas requiring easy access. Installation

The water heater is intended exclusively for horizontal wall mounting. Sufficient clearance should be left on the right side for convenient operation and maintenance.

Usage

The desired water temperature is adjusted using the mechanical control on the right-hand side. The ECO setting is approximately 60°C, while the maximum water temperature can reach approximately 75°C. The two-colour LED indicator shows the operating status: red indicates that the water is heating, and white indicates that the selected temperature has been reached.

Other information

The Favourite includes a frost protection setting for periods when the water heater is not used intensively, maintaining a minimum temperature above 5°C. The internal tank is protected by a durable zirconium-enriched enamel coating and two magnesium anodes, which require periodic inspection to maintain the service life of the water heater. A combined 3-way safety valve is supplied with the appliance, providing overpressure protection and preventing reverse water flow. A small amount of water may drip from the safety valve during heating, which is normal operation.

Reliable product??? Go find out especially when the signage contradicts itself. Enter arrow with red color ring Exit arrow with blue color ring.

A little small compared to the photo, but no problem with installation. A small template would have been helpful. Otherwise, perfect.

The temperature is good but I find it strange when I have the thermometer at the max, the temperature needle does not go further than the fourth red point, so below half of the red zone. I have to ask the after-sales service why. In addition, I received it with the water supply rings and hot outlet reversed. Fortunately, I read the instructions and for more safety during assembly, I did some research on the net to see the images. So trust the instructions. Still better than the small instantaneous electric water heaters that do not exceed 39 degrees.

My water heater broke down after less than a year of operation. It was tripping everything. I couldn't claim the warranty because I was criticized for not having done the annual maintenance, cleaning the anode of limescale (I live at the tip of Finistère so zero limescale). I'll spare you the exchanges we had with the after-sales service. Shameful
