Description
The 842A electric tin suction cup has a beautiful appearance and is easy to use for suctioning solder. It can be used to remove components from printed circuit boards without damaging the components or circuit boards. This suction cup is especially useful for replacing integrated circuits and multi-pin switches. The suction cup can also be used as a soldering iron. It is an essential tool for defense, scientific research, communications, aerospace, computers, radio, television, professional electronics maintenance personnel, and most radio enthusiasts. It uses a 220V 50Hz power supply with a power rating of 30W. Instructions: 1. Turn on the power supply and preheat for 3-5 minutes. 2. Push down the piston handle and point the tin suction nozzle at the solder area. After the solder has melted, press the control button; the solder will be drawn into the cylinder. 3. The pond suction device is equipped with two suction nozzles of different diameters, depending on the thickness of the component's lead. 5. When soldering, this pump functions like a soldering iron. 4. When disassembling the cylinder, press down on the top of the cylinder in the direction of the arrow, simultaneously pull the cylinder and handle apart; when disassembling the suction nozzle, turn it counterclockwise and remove it. Note: 1. Check that the voltage is constant: too high or too low a voltage is not suitable for use. 2. Before use, firmly rotate the cylinder and suction nozzle to prevent leaks. Otherwise, it will affect suction. 3. Frequently remove solder residue from the suction nozzle and cylinder and add a little oil to the piston. 4. Each time; After use, push the piston 3-4 times to remove any residual straw from the suction nozzle, which can accumulate with regular use. 5. It is strictly forbidden to install or remove any of the electrical components while the suction device is switched on. 6. It is normal for a small amount of smoke to be emitted due to heating during the first use of the new tin suction pump. This will disappear naturally after ten minutes. 7. During use, you must provide a natural cooling base, and the suction pen must be placed on the iron base.
