This upgrade features a fast extrusion mechanism with a double gear system that ensures a tighter grip on the filament, reducing deformation and preventing it from sticking to the tube, nozzle, or hot end.

Installation

Measure the length of the motor shaft before ordering to ensure compatibility.

Lubricate the gears before first use for optimal performance.

For 3D printers with a filament detector, ensure the model is printed at the same height as the filament detector.

If the motor rotates backward, reverse the order of the motor wires to achieve forward rotation.

Usage

Adjust the tension of the extrusion spring by tightening the screw to improve printing accuracy and resolve feeding issues.

Calibrate the E distances from 100 to 100mm for proper operation.
