General Description
This radiator cooling fan relay kit is designed to facilitate the installation of electric fans in automotive cooling systems. It provides effective protection for automotive system equipment by automatically tripping the circuit breaker in the event of a short circuit. The kit includes everything needed for a simple and durable installation.Technical Specifications

Installation
- Stop the engine and wait for the radiator water to cool to room temperature before replacing the fan temperature switch.
- Avoid using external high-temperature sources after installation.
- Avoid spraying water on surrounding automotive parts during installation.
- Direct Connection: The fan will operate when the ignition is on.
- Connect the positive wire from the fan motor (blue) to a 12V positive ignition controlled source (e.g., fuse box).
- Reconnect the battery after installation.
Operation
- The relay is activated when the switch closes to ground between 170 and 210°C, thus powering the fan.
- When the temperature drops, the switch opens and breaks the ground circuit, deactivating the relay and the fan.
Other Information
- We recommend using a 20A in-line fuse (not included) for each fan.
- Black wire: thermostat, Blue wire: fan, White wire: AUX side on the circuit breaker, Red wire: ignition switch with 30A-40A bus fuse.
