General description

This Essentials Basin and Toilet Fixing Pack is designed for securely fixing wash basins with full pedestals and WC pans or bidets to various wall and floor types. It includes specialized components to ensure a stable installation while protecting the ceramic surfaces during the process.

Installation

For plasterboard walls, use the special plasterboard plugs with the supplied screws.

For solid walls, use the same screws with the nylon plugs provided.

For timber floors, screw the pedestal directly into the floor.

For concrete floors, use the screws with the nylon plugs supplied.

Usage

This fixing kit is not load-bearing and should only be used for wash basins that are fully supported on a pedestal.

The nylon bracket in the WC pan fixing kit is secured to the floor, clamping the pan or bidet in position through the side-fixing hole.

Other information

Nylon bushes are included to protect the ceramic when tightening the screws.

The small nylon bush in the WC pan kit protects the ceramic, while a special plastic cap conceals the screw.
