Everbuild External Frame Acrylic Sealant is a versatile, high-quality sealant designed for both internal and external use around window and door frames. It provides a permanently flexible, durable seal that adheres to most materials, ensuring long-lasting performance. The product contains an anti-fungicide to prevent mold growth and can be overpainted to match your decor.

Suitable for sealing around timber, metal, and PVCu window and door frames

Can be used to seal cracks and gaps in brickwork, stone, and concrete

Use with standard sealant gun and appropriate nozzle

Installation

Ensure surfaces are clean, dust-free, and free of loose or flaking coatings

Priming porous surfaces with diluted PVA bond is recommended

Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle, slightly larger than the gap to be sealed

Apply with steady pressure, keeping the gun at a consistent angle

Smooth the sealant within 20 minutes using a wetted spatula, finger, or piece of wood

Usage

Apply to clean, slightly damp surfaces for best adhesion

Allow 24 hours for surface skin to form before overpainting

External applications should be protected from rain for at least 6 hours at 20°C or 24 hours at 10°C

Do not attempt to abrade when cured

This product is flexible; avoid using poor-quality paints that may crack due to movement
