General description

Everbuild 145 Butyl Rubber Sealant is a traditional one-component sealant based on polybutene, designed to provide an effective weatherproof seal for both exterior and interior applications. It forms a skin within 24 hours while remaining permanently plastic underneath, accommodating joint movement of ± 5%. This sealant is overpaintable and offers good UV and chemical resistance.
