General description

Everbuild Tecnic Fire Sealant 400 is a neutral cure, elastic, acoustic rated silicone sealant designed for fire retardancy. It conforms to EN1366-4:2010 and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in specific joint configurations. This sealant is ideal for various applications, including building and glazing joints that require fire resistance, sealing joints, voids, and irregular holes in fire walls and partitions, as well as maintaining the integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate fire-rated structures.
