Definitely a defective product... In my case the battery only had one charge and it was O.S.! In addition, it seems difficult to place in my Worx robot. (to be seen with more recent models, if that suits better) To date I bought a Worx brand battery and already 10 recharges that my robot is mopping without any problems!! As a result, it is necessarily this battery that is not working correctly. However, it may just be this battery that was defective and I cannot comment on the other batteries of this brand. On the other hand, the after-sales service is exemplary and very efficient. Thanks again for the solution implemented.
