General description
The Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc is designed for heavy-duty grinding and finishing applications. It features 72 overlapping flaps that enable fast material removal while minimizing the risk of gouging or discoloration. The lightweight design reduces operator fatigue and allows for better control, resulting in a consistent surface finish. The layered construction stays cooler and quieter than traditional grinding discs, producing less vibration and glazing. Its self-sharpening flaps extend the disc's lifespan, which is approximately 30 times longer than fiber discs.
