Product information

Description

The Faithfull Plumber's Soldering Mat is an asbestos-free, high-temperature protective mat for plumbing and soldering tasks. It protects surfaces from burn marks and heat damage and withstands temperatures up to 550°C. Suitable for DIY and light trade use, it is ideal for soft soldering and most plumbing applications and may be used with propane torches. Avoid prolonged direct flame contact; if the mat surface begins to glow, move it so the flame heats a cooler area and always use the same side facing the flame. For extended high-heat work, layer two mats for improved protection. Size: 250 x 250 mm.
