The Faithfull High Carbon Steel (HCS) hinge bore bit (35mm x 60mm) is designed for drilling blind holes when fitting concealed (Blum) hinges in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom cabinet doors. It is suitable for natural woods and man-made boards such as blockboard, melamine-faced board, chipboard and MDF. Made from HCS with an 8mm shank, this bit is intended for use with a stand-mounted drill; HCS bits are not recommended for repetitive work in man-made boards. Supplied as a single piece with Faithfull quality assurance.
