This versatile fixing kit offers a comprehensive solution for securely installing wash basins with full pedestals to various types of walls and floors. Whether you have plasterboard walls, solid walls, timber, or concrete floors, this kit provides all the necessary components to ensure a stable and secure installation.

Technical specifications

4 x SX 8 nylon plugs

2 x PD10 plasterboard fixings

4 x zinc plated screws, 5 x 60mm

2 x countersunk nylon bushes

2 x raised nylon bushes

Installation

For plasterboard walls, utilize the included PD10 plasterboard fixings with the provided screws.

For solid walls, the same screws work in conjunction with the SX 8 nylon plugs.

If installing on timber floors, the pedestal can be directly screwed into the floor.

For concrete floors, employ the nylon plugs with the screws to achieve a firm hold.

Nylon bushes are included to protect the ceramic surfaces when tightening the screws.

Usage

This kit can also be used for mounting certain WC cisterns to walls, making it a multifunctional tool for various bathroom installation needs.

Please note: This fixing kit is designed for use with wash basins that are fully supported on a pedestal and is not intended for load bearing applications.
