Flexovit Flap Discs are ideal for sanding contoured metal surfaces, blending welds, deburring and finishing castings. The angles of the flaps mean more abrasive makes contact with the workpiece than a conventional fibre disc which increases productivity.
Suitable for use on Metal, wood and paint.
Used the disc to sharpen a brush cutter blade. The job was completed satisfactorily. The grinders safety guard had to be removed to accommodate the flap disc. No ware visible on the flap disc.
