InstallationTo install the fuel pressure gauge, follow these steps:

Disconnect the high-pressure common rail and the oil line connection.

Connect the fuel pressure gauge tee in series for measurement.

OperationHere's how to use the fuel pressure gauge:

After 5 seconds of automatic pumping by the electric fuel pump, observe the pressure on the gauge.

Measure the pressure while the engine is running at At idle, it should not be less than 250 kPa.

Disconnect the vacuum tube from the oil pressure regulator and observe the oil pressure.

Measure the maximum pressure by disconnecting the vacuum hose from the regulator.

Check the residual pressure after switching off the engine; it should not be less than 147 kPa and should not drop for 30 minutes.
