Very happy with the treadmill, the programs are great... I use it every day.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Assembly: The treadmill arrives pre-assembled; you only need to screw in six screws. The hardware is included, and it's really very simple. Practicality: It's foldable (smooth descent thanks to the hydraulic system) and equipped with wheels, making it easy to move from room to room. Noise: Let's be honest, it's not completely silent. But it's still very acceptable. I work from home and hold meetings and calls on it without any problems: no one can hear it. My partner works right next to me, and it doesn't bother him either. And for someone who hates noise like me, it's perfectly acceptable. Ease of use: The 15% incline is great for working out. The width and length of the belt are perfect, neither too wide nor too narrow. The frame is wide enough to hold a MacBook (I'm specifying the brand because they can be particularly heavy), ideal for working while walking. Features: Sensors on the handles allow you to measure your heart rate. You can also track calories burned, time, etc. Speed and incline are adjusted directly from the handles. There seem to be pre-programmed workouts (not tested yet, I'm easing back into exercise). Bluetooth connectivity is available to sync data to the free MERACH app—I haven't been able to test this yet because my phone isn't working, but it's a real bonus. Value for money: I paid €498 for this treadmill, and frankly, it's a steal. I did a lot of comparisons to find a model under €500 that ticked all the boxes: speed over 10 km/h, foldable, with wheels, free app syncing, heart rate monitoring, a motor that doesn't overheat, quiet operation, and adjustable handles, screen, and handlebars. This one meets all the criteria. Minor drawbacks (if I really have to nitpick): the power cord is a bit short (about 1 to 1.5 meters), so it needs to be placed near an outlet, making it difficult to position facing a bay window if you don't have one nearby, but there's always the option of using a power strip. Also, the on/off button is located on the back of the mat rather than on the handlebars. But honestly, these are minor details. Delivery: The tracking was nonexistent, making it impossible to know the package's whereabouts, which wasn't great. However, the delivery driver was very friendly and carried the package inside my house, as the product can be a bit heavy to carry alone.

Honestly, it's perfect for walking, running, and sprinting. It's fantastic, even with an incline up to 15 cm. It's great, I don't regret my purchase at all.
