I have given one star because this stool has never arrived. I needed it when a friend was visiting between 8th and 16 November and I thought I had ordered it in plenty of time but obviously not. If I can cancel it now I will - provided I can access your website which I am having difficulty doing. This has been a really disappointing experience and I will neither use nor recommend your company in the future.
