Description
Forgefix ForgeFast 4.0 x 30mm wood screws, supplied in a tub of 1400, deliver high holding power and fast installation. They feature a Pozi-compatible countersunk head with six underhead lobes for improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, plus a reinforced countersunk neck for stronger joints. The anti-friction, serrated thread reduces timber splitting, lowers insertion torque and improves pull-out resistance, while the double cutting point speeds drilling and clears wood dust, capable of piercing 0.8mm steel. Finished with Elementech 400 for long-lasting, Cr6-free corrosion protection (salt spray tested to 400 hours), these screws are suitable for internal and external use and include a Torx-compatible bit for convenience.
Elementech 400 anti-corrosion finish lasts up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings and is Cr6-free.
Anti-friction serrated thread reduces splitting, lowers insertion torque and improves drawing strength.
