General description

These Forgefix Multi-Purpose Pozi Compatible Screws feature a countersunk, pozidrive compatible, recessed head. They are designed for quick and easy insertion, thanks to an extra deep insert bit recess that enables a firmer, more positive drive. The screws have a zinc yellow passivated finish, providing enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard zinc plated products. Their single thread design, along with a special wax coating, increases speed and ease of insertion while offering increased holding power, especially when used with materials like MDF. These versatile screws are ideal for a wide range of fixing needs across various substrates, including softwoods, hardwoods, chipboards, and fibreboards.

well built strong 4 inch screws. A lot will probably be fastenings to garden fence posts self made. Fair price, always used here for garden maintenance of gates, fence, general maintenance of things I do myself. (Y)

Not a problem at all with the actual products, the snag was that Mano Mano are, in reality, an agent who work through independent suppliers... the screws arrived days after the timber. I ending up buying them locally so I could get on with the job. And of course the locally bought screws were delivery free. Not very impressed to be honest.

If you're a handyman, you'll spend plenty of time screwing (and unscrewing...) But all these screws and bolts you get through, how technical can they really be? More than you'd expect! Flat or phillips head, self-tapping, for wood, metal or plasterboard, let us make you a master of the screw!
