Published on 26/05/2026, ItalyI have nothing to complain about as far as the product goes; I knew it was excellent. I have a few (positive) words for ManoMano customer service: shipping was significantly delayed, and at one point it seemed the package was lost. I contacted customer service and must acknowledge their prompt action, both to unblock the shipment and to activate the full refund guarantee if the seller hasn't resolved the delivery delay by a future date. This is reassuring for future purchases.
