Rustins French Polish 300ml Shellac High Gloss Interior Wood Finish

Rustins French Polish is made from flake shellac dissolved in a fast-evaporating solvent and gives a high gloss finish when applied correctly. Suitable for French polishing light and dark woods when a light to medium brown tone is required, and for sealing wood prior to waxing. Ensure wood is clean and smooth; use Rustins Grainfiller for open grain. Renovated furniture should be cleaned with White Spirit and fine wire wool to remove grease and wax. Apply with a cloth, building coats until a sufficient shellac layer is achieved; for sealing before waxing apply two coats. Size: 300ml.
