Fruit Cage Netting, with Zipped Door, 200 x 100 x 160 cm, Black

Keep the birds off the fruit with this protection cage, whose Black steel frame and HDPE netting shelter a whole raised bed.

Combining Steel, HDPE, the frame holds its shape through wind while the fine mesh keeps birds, insects and small animals out.

Key features

• A zipped door gives easy access to crops for weeding and picking without dismantling the whole cage
• The fine mesh blocks birds and insects but still lets air and rainwater reach the plants underneath
• A 200 x 100 cm footprint covers a full raised bed or a run of brassicas, fruit bushes and young trees
• Dimensions: 200 x 100 x 160 cm (L x W x H)
• Weight: 3.8 kg
• Materials: Steel, HDPE
• Colour: Black

Great for fruit plots and vegetable beds where pigeons and cabbage whites do the most damage.

Check the frame and netting for tears after storms, and brush off debris so the mesh stays clear.

A practical, protective cage that saves a crop without resorting to chemicals.
