Installation, commissioning, and operation: common problems in the troubleshooting process, methods, and causes:
I.The dosing device does not produce water. Reasons:
1. the direction of water flow is reversed, the exclusion method to correct the direction of water intake.
2. the water pressure is too low, the metering device cannot start normally, the exclusion method to install a booster pump, improve the water pressure.
II. The dosing device does not absorb the medication. Investigation of causes:
1. When assembling the new machine, the suction tube and mouth connection parts cannot leak, air leakage will prevent the dosing device from sucking the medicine, or the dosing device will stop using the liquid in the suction tube of the bucket and become empty, and the half-sucked liquid will no longer be sucked.These phenomena indicate that the suction tube is not properly installed, caused by an air leak (simple method to determine the leak: with the dosing device under the bucket in the raised position, if the suction is normal, it can be concluded that the suction tube is not properly installed. The leak may be at the interface; remember: a serious gas leak or a very small amount of water cannot be judged by this method). To prevent air leaks, a layer of grease can be installed in the suction tube, in the mouth on the outside of the spare parts package.Apply the sealing grease to the white box, then insert the suction tube.
2.If, after using it for some time, the operation of the dosing device becomes slower or there is no operating sound, the troubleshooting method is: unscrew the top cover and replace the two large seals on the moving parts.If the noise of the movement is normal and the dispenser is not drawing in the medication or the amount of medication is reduced, simply replace the small seal above the stem and apply a special maintenance agent (shipped without maintenance agent).
III.The problem of water entering the medication bucket:
