2.To minimise mineral deposits and bacteria build-up, replace the water every two weeks
3.Inspect and clean the fountain and pump if used for an extended period
4.If the fountain will not be used for a long time, unplug the power cord, clean the fountain and its accessories, and remove all water to keep it clean and dry
5.If the fountain does not work, check that the plug is fully inserted into the socket and that the outlet has power
6.Clean the fountain with a soft cloth and avoid using detergent.
