The Greenbay Full Cassette Electric Awning is a remote-controlled retractable garden patio sun shade shelter designed to provide excellent protection from the sun while enhancing the aesthetic of your outdoor space. It features a full cassette design that allows the awning to retract into a metal cover for protection when not in use. The awning is equipped with LED lights, adding a unique finishing touch for evening use.

Delivery was on time, however because of its weight (over 70 kg) you need 3 people to carry from van to location. Fitting 3 brackets to brick wall was strait forward, however I would strongly suggest , a construction adhesive is applied into the holes before the anchor bolts are inserted. This will provide extra security as not all house bricks are the same. My bricks had 3 morter holes running through the body of each brick. The adhesive also acts as a sealent to stop any water tracking into the 9mm dia holes. You will definatly need 3 people to carefully lift the cassette onto the supporting brackets. Instructions could be a lot better too. It says you need a 6mm allen key to adjust the bolts on the brackets to alter the angle of pitch, of the cassette body, however it actualy takes a 9mm allen key. Apart from that, the awning is substantial and looks the part. Its worth paying the extra for the LED lighting as it finishes off the overall look and adds a quality feel.
