Published on 08/02/2023, FranceOriginal Grohe thermostatic cartridge, identical to the one mounted on my mixer tap. There was an extra seal on the cartridge to be replaced, which I reused on the ordered model, although its usefulness was not proven. The delivery was super fast: cartridge ordered on Friday at 11 a.m., delivered to the parcel pick-up point on Saturday at 2 p.m.!!

Published on 09/01/2024, Francealready annoyed to learn that at Grohe this part must be cleaned every year on their thermostat. otherwise plug in and it works hot water magically reappeared, the old one lasted 6 years for your information

I also appreciated the 50% discount because without discount I found this product very expensive, bordering on extortion. Too bad that ManoMano's computer system got confused in the delivery address and the delivery person, but they were able to react to rectify the error and I received my product at the desired address!
