Package received in good condition. No complaints about the delivery. Four of the eight bulbs were installed in the ceiling (two in a hallway and two in a waiting room). After 30 and 40 minutes of use, the two bulbs in the waiting room lost their protective glass, which fell from the ceiling (the first shattered into a few pieces, the second into several). The person in the waiting room screamed... Luckily, it was more of a scare than anything else! Strangely, the two bulbs are still working. I don't dare use the other bulbs in the set. My first disappointment with this website.
